Pictures: The Beast Escapes...

I am in Toronto doing the FukdTO party this afternoon.  (Post alert in about a month’s time!)  Has anyone noticed that I am now just a month behind, well, 5 weeks— as opposed to the 8 weeks which is what it’s been for most of the life of this blog?

Here is the last of the photo shoot I found on an old disc of pictures.  It was taken in a bathhouse I really miss.  It was in Fort Erie, Ontario.  Tiny, it was that old world steam room with miniscule cubicles for rooms.  The sundeck on the roof was where a ton of the action happened.  The men were amazing…most of them blue collar and escaping from Buffalo.  The place was doomed after 9/11 and security was stepped up as you crossed into Canada.
